Lead the IT strategy and execution for quote-to-cash transformation initiatives across BA, with significant focus on HBS
Drive deployment and optimization of enterprise platforms including SAP CPQ, Salesforce (CRM and Field Service Lightning), SAP ERP, and ERP/e-commerce integrations
Partner with Finance, Operations, and corporate IT teams to define priorities and deliver solutions
Implement AI business transformation initiatives that deliver impactful business outcomes
Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions while leading change management and adoption efforts
Oversee ongoing transformation programs including CPQ deployments, CRM enhancements, and service platform modernization
Lead a global team of approximately 20+ IT professionals
Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder consensus
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and delivery governance
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT with leadership responsibility
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs
Expertise across SAP CPQ, Salesforce, SAP ERP, and integrations
Expertise in AI LLM models, implemented in quote to cash life cycle
Experience driving quote-to-cash or similar business process digitization
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
Experience leading global teams
Knowledge of IT operations and service management practices
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
Experience in building automation, industrial, automotive, or logistics industries
Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms in addition
Strong executive communication and influence skills
Ability to balance strategy and execution
