Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA and/or master’s degree in Accounting preferred
10+ years of relevant accounting, including public accounting and/or consolidated investment reporting experience
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal control frameworks
Demonstrated technical expertise in investment accounting for both investment and non-investment companies across a range of products (including alternative structures: CLOs, LPs, Private Credit, Private Equity), with the ability to apply accounting guidance to drive consistent, accurate financial reporting
Experience managing vendor relationships and leading the implementation and ongoing optimization of new technology platforms, with an innovative and strategic mindset
Collaborative leadership style with experience coaching and developing others while maintaining accountability for outcomes
Ability to navigate and understand complex organizational and ownership structures
Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and an inquisitive mindset with a focus on strengthening processes and controls
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate detailed analysis into executive‑level insights and partner effectively across the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
Curiosity for technology and experience working with financial systems, reporting platforms, and analytical tools
