Role Overview
- Lead the strategy and execution of a comprehensive visibility program for CenterWell executive leadership
- Strengthen the external presence of key leaders
- Shape and evolve the CenterWell executive narrative
- Identify and activate high-impact opportunities to position executives as thought leaders
- Create compelling executive-level content including speeches and presentations
- Maintain a consistent cadence of proactive thought leadership
- Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communications
- Integrate executive visibility into enterprise campaigns and milestones
- Leverage data, insights, and analytics to inform strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
- 10+ years of communications experience
- Deep expertise in developing and driving social media strategy
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint
- Experience working for a large matrixed or healthcare organization
- Experience and comfortability using AI tools
