Role Overview

• Drive engagement delivery including gathering and analyzing information
• Formulate and test hypotheses, developing recommendations
• Build reports and deliverables, present findings to clients
• Manage workstream workplan and coordinate with others

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or closely related field
• 5 years’ experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice
• 1 year management experience
• 1 year working in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with exponential technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI)
