Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed.
Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.

3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Capable of breaking down complex processes
Ability to articulate the differences between what, why, and how a given process works
Analysis skills, ability to run queries against SQL tables and search files
Experience writing technical requirements, proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio for creating requirements and high-level design docs/job/data
Some coding/development past experience or training is a plus
Ability to understand APIs, review code in GitHub, testing in Postman
Credit Card subject matter expertise is a plus
Ability to effectively present and communicate information both written & verbal to business and technical groups
