Role Overview
- Operating and maintaining security platforms while delivering specialized services to our clients
- Troubleshooting incidents, implementing changes, and participating in new security projects
- Creating monthly reports and maintaining regular communication with customer stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Operational Security with strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles
- Solid understanding of networking and general IT knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching)
- Experience managing Microsoft Windows and Linux environments
- Automation experience using Python and strong troubleshooting capabilities across endpoint systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a strong analytical mindset
