Provide support to commercial operations, ensuring correct execution of administrative and operational processes with a focus on agility, organization and meeting deadlines.
Perform registration, maintenance and updates of customers, sales representatives, sales force and variable compensation, including commissions and other necessary adjustments.
Monitor order errors, registration inconsistencies and commission discrepancies, working analytically to identify and resolve issues with the involved departments.
Manage processes related to fuel tickets, fleet depreciation, extensions, discounts and other commercial support routines.
Assist with the analysis and validation of contracts, price lists, commercial rules and commission policies, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Serve as a link between Commercial, Finance and Operations teams, providing centralized and digitized support for inquiries, requests and operational matters.
Contribute to internal and external audits and support initiatives for standardization, continuous improvement and optimization of commercial processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Accounting or related fields.
Experience with commercial routines, commission processes, registrations and billing, ensuring operational control and compliance.
Ability to work with large volumes of data, operational controls and issue resolution, with strong attention to detail.
Intermediate Excel skills and experience with management systems such as ERP and CRM.
Experience with commission rules, commercial KPIs, management reporting and decision-support activities.
Analytical and organized profile, with good communication skills and the ability to interact with different teams and stakeholders.
Experience in medium or large corporate environments is considered a plus.
