Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Midwest region to understand their business needs and objectives.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow revenue within assigned accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in industrial or technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and business development strategies.
Expertise in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and forecast sales.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to develop effective sales strategies.
Experience negotiating contracts and closing complex deals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in account management or sales roles.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
