Role Overview
- Analyze incidents and problems in the production environment;
- Perform root cause identification and system troubleshooting;
- Map system flows, integrations and business processes;
- Support scenario reproduction and validate solutions;
- Translate business needs and impacts into technical directions;
- Monitor corrections with the responsible teams;
- Prepare technical documentation and analyses.
Requirements
- Experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Support, or Technical-Functional Analyst;
- Experience in incident analysis and failure investigation;
- Knowledge of SQL for queries and analysis;
- Understanding of integrations, APIs and system architecture;
- Knowledge of messaging systems (queues and events);
- Experience in the financial market, banking, brokerages or fintechs;
- Knowledge of financial products, especially derivatives (SWAP, Flexible Options and similar);
- Strong analytical skills and communication for working with technical teams and business areas.
