Role Overview
- Manage day-to-day Enterprise Food Services (EFS) operations
- Oversee regional operational governance for EFS across the U.S.
- Defines, monitors and enforces supplier KPIs
- Manages escalations from sites and stakeholders
- Leads, coaches and develops a dispersed team of EFS analysts
- Maintains operational consistency across regions
- Directs capital asset planning and replacement for café equipment
- Tracks and reports performance metrics to leadership
Requirements
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role
- 3+ years of experience in food services business and industry account management
- Experience developing and managing budgets
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
