Ensure project outcomes align with client objectives and business value, while supporting teams in navigating complex client challenges.
Manage the delivery portfolio against financial, operational, and client success metrics.
Support teams in balancing scope, budgets, and profitability, while identifying and mitigating commercial risks early.
Develop and improve delivery methodologies and standards.
Foster a collaborative culture through forums, knowledge sharing, and mentoring, ensuring teams are equipped to resolve obstacles and maintain accountability.
Maintain an active, hands-on client-facing presence (minimum 75% billable contribution) to provide strategic advisory, delivery assurance, and senior leadership on major engagements.
Requirements
Proven experience leading consulting, professional services, project delivery, or technology delivery teams.
Strong background managing complex client engagements and senior stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead delivery functions across multiple concurrent projects and clients.
Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project profitability and delivery outcomes.
Ability to influence and lead through collaboration rather than direct authority alone.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience establishing and improving delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery standards.
Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when required to support delivery teams and clients.
