Business development: proactively managing and following up the client portfolio, prospecting new customers and conducting outreach using appropriate digital channels
Customer relations and service: handling incoming calls and email inquiries, providing technical and commercial advice, after-sales support and dispute resolution
Order management: preparing quotes, initiating production, performing basic checks on print files and tracking orders through to delivery
Coordination: liaising with production teams to ensure deadlines are met and communicating with suppliers
Requirements
Previous experience in inside sales or customer service
Experience selling products online
A diploma such as BTS NDRC or equivalent is a plus
Commercial drive and commitment to customer satisfaction
Comfortable with digital tools and e-commerce environments
Organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently
Strong written communication (accuracy/spelling) and proficiency in office tools
Knowledge of the signage or printing industry is a plus
