Provide day-to-day management of a portfolio of suppliers
Participate in the selection, evaluation and onboarding/listing of new suppliers
Analyze and compare quotes based on cost, quality, lead times and performance
Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers
Create and manage purchase orders and ensure their proper execution
Update and maintain the supplier database
Develop and monitor procurement performance indicators (KPIs)
Support spend and purchase volume analysis
Identify supplier risks and propose appropriate action plans
Perform market studies and competitive intelligence
Understand internal teams’ needs and translate them into technical specifications
Participate in the selection of technical solutions and hardware products
Contribute to management of the product reference catalog
Act as the interface between technical teams and suppliers
Take part in continuous improvement projects for procurement and supply chain processes.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a business school, master’s in procurement/supply chain or an engineering school
1 to 2 years of successful experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain (including work-study programs)
Comfortable working in technical environments, ideally in electronics, industrial or IT sectors
Comfortable with numbers and office tools, particularly Excel
Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and synthesize information
Professional level of English required to operate in an international environment.
