Provide leadership and strategic direction through the application of principle-based management practices.
Be directly responsible for all aspects of IH programs and health-related topics.
Lead and advance the industrial hygiene program across IKO organization.
Develop the company’s IH policies, standards, operating guidelines and lead an industrial hygiene exposure assessment strategy.
Develop sampling strategies and ensure compliance with regulations.
Work with the analytical lab for data analysis.
Evaluate industrial hygiene program documents for compliance.
Act as an internal authority on applicable laws and regulations related to occupational health and industrial hygiene.
Provide IH technical support to operational sites and Corp. HSE team.
Serve as an internal auditor of industrial hygiene program.

BS or BA in Industrial Hygiene
5+ years of Industrial Hygiene relevant experience
Certified Industrial Hygienist® (CIH®) by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene® (ABIH®)
Working knowledge of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)
5 years of experience with chemical and physical agent engineering control concepts and design that includes practical implementation.
A team player who can lead by example and influence others.
Strong communication skills to enable the transfer of clear and concise information.
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities with the ability to make decisions under pressure in an environment of rapid change.
Some travel to various sites in North America will be required
