Apply and execute the BBD-Voice (Broadband Devices) GTM strategy for all customers.
Handle customer RFQs for voice products, conducting requirement analysis and solution definition.
Steer the Voice Product Architecture Team, ensuring alignment with overall architecture and driving end-to-end SIP solutions.
Advocate for customers, analyzing and managing critical issues with a focus on performance and time-to-market targets.
Provide technical consultation to development teams on VoIP/SIP features and enhancements.
Engage with industry forums, PLMs, and customer-facing teams to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
Collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams, including NPI, Care, and BU (R&D SW/HW, PLM).
Ensure a deep understanding of customer network topology and end-to-end solutions.
Stay updated on international standards and protocols, including RFCs and SIP/RTP/DNS/DHCP/SRTP.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunication, electronics engineering, computer science, or a related field with 10+ years of experience
Business acumen and a strong customer-centric approach.
Analytical, result-driven, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive Nokia's BBD-Voice solutions.
Experience in Access Products, Fiber (ONT and Beacon CPE, GPON/XGS PON), and BBD Voice product portfolio is an asset.
Good understanding of POTS/VoIP integration, RJ11 POTS interface, and Z-interface specification.
Strong knowledge of international standards: RFC3261, RFC4566, RFC5359, RFC3263, and RFC5626.
Deep understanding of SIP/RTP/DNS/DHCP/SRTP protocols and Cybersecurity (SIPoTLS).
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment, including different time zones.
Understanding of IPV4/IPV6 addressing and TCP/IP, with basic knowledge of Layer 2 & Layer 3 Forwarding models.
