About this role

Create and develop the visual concept for advertising campaigns, printed materials and digital content.
Ensure projects are aligned with the brand's visual identity and communication objectives.
Visually translate strategies and messages requested by the client and developed with the team.
Participate in brainstorms and briefing meetings to understand client needs and the campaign's strategic guidelines.
Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to achieve the communication objectives of projects.
Research trends and visual references to inspire new ideas and maintain innovation in projects.
Collaborate with copywriters to harmonize text and image in an impactful way.
Participate in kickoff and checkpoint meetings.
Organize work tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and ensure materials are delivered on time.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and creativity.
Follow established agency processes.
Ensure the agency's principles and values are applied day-to-day, helping to build the desired organizational culture.

Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Design and art direction techniques (experience with public sector clients preferred).
Strong creative conception skills and strategic vision.
