Requirements
At least 3–5 years of experience as an Art Director, ideally in an agency or content production environment for international brands
Specialization in digital campaigns — with a passion for formats at the boundary of stills and video
Affinity for and experience with AI: you're excited about the new possibilities of AI production and already have some hands-on experience — or you are eager to learn
Hands-on mentality: you're not only a conceptual thinker but also enjoy getting involved in execution and supporting implementation
You enjoy client contact: you're empathetic, understand what clients want — or ask the right questions when they aren't yet sure
Analytical and creative thinking with a strong sensibility for brands in the beauty and FMCG sectors
You test, experiment and love unconventional solutions — even if they feel unfamiliar at first
Confident communication in German and English, both written and in client meetings.
