Planning, implementation, management and optimization of paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads
Analysis and interpretation of relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR or conversion rate
Development of data-driven optimization approaches and strategies to improve performance
Ownership of client projects or independent sub-areas within our project teams
Preparation, conduct and follow-up of client meetings
Ongoing communication with clients via email, calls and coordination meetings
Structured management of tasks, timelines and next steps in day-to-day project work
Close collaboration with the team on strategy, execution, testing and learnings
Coordination of creatives, reporting and feedback within your project teams
Accurate reporting and transparent presentation of results and recommendations

Experience in Paid Social
Good knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of performance metrics and a data-driven approach
Interest in taking responsibility for your own topics and projects
A structured, reliable and independent working style, with a good sense for prioritization and project organization
Confidence in client communication
Enjoy working in a team and advancing projects efficiently together
Basic understanding of project management and prioritization
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Awork, Pipedrive, Brevo, etc. is a plus (not required)
Very good German skills, spoken and written
Residence in Munich or the surrounding area, or willingness to come to the office once a week
