Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our logistics services
Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, detailing progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within global forwarding
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
Deep understanding of the logistics and transportation market in Italy, including key players, trends, and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions
Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and drive.
