Own delivery of product features end-to-end — from requirements and design through launch and iteration — within a defined product strategy
Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear, concise product requirements and specs, partnering with Engineering, Design, and Data
Drive feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Clinical, Compliance, Finance), seeking direction from senior product leaders when navigating ambiguity
Support product discovery through customer research, data analysis, and validation to ensure features solve real user problems
Monitor feature-level success metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) and use insights to iterate; may own OKR/QBR reporting for your area
Optimize roadmap intake — triaging features, bugs, and requests — and connect engineering work to the end-user experience
Understand the technologies in your product area; articulate technical requirements and flag risks in design choices
Build awareness of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy, escalating compliance considerations early
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-adjacent role (e.g., program management, clinical operations, analytics)
Experience shipping product features in partnership with Engineering teams in agile environments
Strong analytical skills, with experience using product metrics (KPIs, adoption, usability) to inform decisions
Clear, concise communication skills — able to write effective specs and drive feature discussions with engineers, customers, and cross-functional partners
Proficiency with common product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard)
