Actively prospect new leads and enrollment opportunities through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, database reactivations, and other outbound prospecting activities;
Recover and reactivate cold leads, maintaining a consistent routine of contacts, follow-ups, and relationship-building strategies to convert them into enrollments;
Identify new business opportunities by targeting companies, partnerships, corporate agreements, and initiatives that can generate leads and commercial opportunities;
Provide consultative support by identifying student needs and presenting the best postgraduate course solutions;
Send commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales;
Conduct phone-based sales (inside sales), focusing on enrollment volume and total revenue;
Process enrollments and support students throughout the application and document submission process;
Meet individual targets for revenue, conversion rates, contact volume, and productivity KPIs;
Record and update information in the system/CRM, ensuring organization and control of the portfolio;
Execute structured and persistent follow-ups with leads in negotiation, undecided students, and reactivated opportunities;
Support commercial initiatives, campaigns, internal challenges, and team goals;
Collaborate with the team and report results to management.
Requirements
Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ);
Proven experience in consultative sales or high-volume contact sales;
Experience with active prospecting, client recovery, or lead reactivation;
Commercial 'hunter' profile with initiative to generate opportunities and develop new business;
Resilience and persistence to work with multiple contact attempts and longer sales cycles;
Organizational skills and discipline;
Ability to adapt to change and new processes;
Commitment to individual and team results;
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and CRM systems;
