Role Overview
Onboard churches after contract signing until the launch of their app customization
Schedule meetings with clients
Engage with clients and perform follow-ups
Monitor process flows, ensuring end-to-end success
Delight customers and help make their journey exceptional
Propose solutions, collect feedback, and analyze satisfaction metrics

Requirements
High school diploma or degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in customer service
Knowledge of workflows and processes
Comfortable with technology
Familiarity with and engagement in the Christian community
Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
Proficiency in other languages is a plus
Customer service training or courses are a plus.
