Role Overview
- Conduct requirements analyses in large-scale digitalization and migration projects
- Lead projects with a focus on functionality, quality, and effort and cost estimation
- Outline use cases and model processes, as well as prepare business cases
- Plan, implement, and develop sophisticated IT solutions and coordinate all development assignments
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector
- Experience with digitalization and migration projects
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
- IREB and HERMES certifications as well as an agile certification (e.g., SAFe or Scrum)
- Very good German skills and good French skills
