Role Overview
- Gather and analyze business compliance requirements
- Write requirements documentation and functional specifications
- Work on regulatory lists (sanctions, asset freezes, PEPs, watchlists, etc.) using the Fircosoft Continuity suite
- Contribute to testing phases (strategy, test cases, execution)
- Coordinate with IT, business and compliance teams
- Participate in the continuous improvement of compliance processes and tools
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' proven experience as a Compliance Business Analyst, ideally in a banking or financial services environment
- Good knowledge of Compliance / AML-CFT issues
- Strong knowledge of the Fircosoft Continuity suite: Mapping, Stripping, Workflow Accelerator, Decision Reapplication, Tuning…
- Proficiency with regulatory lists (OFAC, EU, UN, PEP, sanctions…)
- Comfortable writing functional documentation and communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- Autonomous, rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills
