About this role
Role Overview
Advise our clients' employees on topics such as financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement provision, and personal finances
Serve as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) and ensure an excellent customer experience
Handle customer inquiries independently — from consultation through implementation
Explain complex topics clearly and in a way tailored to the target audience
Actively contribute to the development of our services and processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service
Career changers with strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
Enjoy working with people and performing advisory tasks
Work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
Excellent German language skills
Confident using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels
