Execute Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable routines, ensuring deadlines, organization, and accuracy of entries;
Perform bank reconciliations and support cash flow control and forecasting;
Serve as operational support and SAP Key User in financial modules;
Support operational risk controls, reimbursements, and corporate card management;
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and compliance processes;
Monitor financial and operational indicators (KPIs), supporting analysis and decision-making;
Contribute to process improvements, automations, and initiatives involving technology and AI;
Organize documentation and evidence for internal and external audits;
Support the standardization and efficiency of the finance team’s routines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
Solid experience in finance, with work in high-volume routines and operational control;
Advanced knowledge of SAP, preferably with experience as a Key User;
Advanced Excel skills, with analytical capability and experience preparing financial reports;
Experience with process management tools, such as Pipefy or similar;
Knowledge of financial processes, reconciliations, cash flow, and internal controls;
Desirable: knowledge of compliance, auditing, and fraud prevention.
