Requirements
Technical or higher education completed or in progress in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, consultative sales, field sales in the telecommunications sector, or experience in payment acquiring.
Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships, influence commercial partners, and deliver training to sales teams.
Results-oriented, combining proactivity, organization, operational discipline, and resilience to perform in dynamic, target-driven environments.
Strong analytical ability and negotiation skills, essential for performance management, increasing sales volume, and monitoring commercial metrics.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
Availability for frequent travel and ownership of a personal vehicle.
