About this role
Role Overview
- You’ll build a financial picture of Shayp that anyone can trust.
- You’ll run the cash engine: collections, receivables, payables.
- You’ll be the person who makes board meetings, general assemblies, and investor updates land.
- You’ll find the money we’re leaving on the table: supplier performance, cost structure, contract terms.
- You’ll have a real voice in how we make money: pricing, payment terms, unit economics.
Requirements
- You’ve spent at least five years in an accounting role.
- You know the Belgian fiscal landscape well — VAT, ISOC, social contributions.
- You’re fluent in English and at least one other Belgian national language.
- You’re comfortable in a mixed hardware/software revenue models, or with inventory accounting finance stack.
- Experience in managing two revenue streams with different recognition rules is great.
