Lead the end-to-end execution of creator marketing campaigns across multiple products and audiences.
Manage external agencies, vendors, and creator partners responsible for campaign development and delivery.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Drive excellence in campaign execution while balancing strategic priorities and operational rigor.
Partner closely with Data Science, Insights, and Analytics teams to define success metrics and measurement approaches.
Develop measurement frameworks that connect creator activity to business outcomes.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Demonstrate fluency in concepts such as incrementality, attribution, lift measurement, experimentation, and performance analysis.
Translate data into strategic recommendations and actionable business insights.

Requirements
7–12 years of experience in marketing, creator marketing, influencer marketing, social strategy, content strategy, or related fields.
Significant experience developing and executing creator-led marketing campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect creator marketing initiatives to business objectives.
Strong understanding of how content and creators can be leveraged to influence business and consumer outcomes.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content ecosystems, and creator landscapes.
Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Advanced analytical capabilities and experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
Experience partnering closely with analytics, insights, or data science teams.
Demonstrated understanding of measurement methodologies, including experimentation, incrementality, attribution, and performance evaluation.
Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to improve marketing strategy, campaign execution, workflow automation, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
