About this role

Establish a company-wide Business System as the standard for the organization’s operational processes
Create a self-reinforcing culture of continuous improvement
Ensure the system is scalable with growth and acquisitions and not dependent on individual employees
Define, document, and continuously develop the integrated set of tools, processes, leadership behaviors, and cultural norms
Implement strategy deployment (Hoshin Kanri) and translate the company’s strategic priorities into annual goals, quarterly initiatives, and measurable team objectives
Manage deviations and perform root cause analysis
Drive Kaizen and rapid improvement
Foster problem-solving capability

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
Formal Lean/Continuous Improvement training and/or certification
Several years of experience in roles focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, or Lean transformation
Proven experience implementing a business system or Lean operating system at scale
Track record of sustainable performance improvement with measurable financial impact
Experience working with senior leaders and direct interaction with the CEO
Deep expertise in continuous improvement and Lean management methods and tools
Experience in automation, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments
Experience leading Kaizen events
Experience with M&A integration is a strong plus
