Acquire and win new customers to achieve annual revenue targets across Europe

Manage customer relationships to identify technical requirements and develop tailored solutions
Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on technical specifications
Collaborate with service teams to ensure an optimal customer experience
Attend industry events, trade shows and customer meetings to raise brand awareness
Provide market feedback to internal teams to support product development and positioning
Continuously expand technical knowledge through training and hands-on experience
Manage selected distribution partners responsible for selling the products and services in Europe

Degree in engineering (e.g., Dipl.-Ing.), industrial engineering, or a comparable technical bachelor's degree
Several years of experience in a comparable sales-oriented role within industrial machinery/manufacturing, ideally in the ultrasound industry
Experience in solution-oriented selling and industrial sales cycles
Experience working directly with customers on customized technical solutions
Solid experience in preparing quotations and drafting technical proposals
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; fluent in English and German
Highly self-motivated, practical and proactive working style, with strong time-management skills
Reliable, detail-oriented and precise approach to work
Willingness to learn and adaptability in a dynamic environment
