Administer and maintain the monitoring platform (Zabbix), ensuring availability, performance and continuous improvement;
Instrument and configure monitoring for infrastructure, applications, networks and databases;
Build and maintain operational and executive dashboards (Zabbix and Grafana);
Define and evolve intelligent alert rules to reduce noise and improve operational efficiency;
Correlate metrics, logs and events to provide an integrated view of environments;
Define and track SLIs, SLOs and reliability indicators;
Automate monitoring processes and provisioning via scripts and API integrations;
Support incident handling and initial troubleshooting, with SLA monitoring;
Collaborate with Cloud, SRE, Infrastructure, Database and Security teams to advance observability maturity;

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field;
Proven experience in observability and monitoring of critical environments;
Analytical mindset with the ability to correlate data and solve complex problems;
Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders;
