Role Overview
Lead the growth of SimonMed Longevity by creating innovative partnerships that expand access to preventive healthcare, accelerate patient acquisition, and drive enterprise revenue growth.
This leader will identify, negotiate, and scale relationships with employers, health systems, consumer brands, digital health companies, membership organizations, and other strategic partners that position SimonMed as the preferred preventive healthcare partner.
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on business development—building new distribution channels, launching innovative commercial programs, and creating partnerships that improve access to preventive health services while delivering measurable business growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required
MBA, MHA/MHSA, MPH, MS in Healthcare Management, or other relevant graduate degree strongly preferred
8–12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or healthcare commercial leadership
Demonstrated success selling enterprise solutions to large employers
Experience negotiating complex commercial partnerships and strategic business agreements
Experience working with consumer brands, membership organizations, digital health companies, or healthcare organizations preferred
Established network within employer benefits, healthcare, wellness, or digital health industries highly desirable
Experience with cash-pay, direct-to-consumer healthcare, membership-based healthcare, or preventive health services strongly preferred
Experience launching or scaling preventive health, executive health, or longevity programs preferred
