Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll be responsible for investigating suspected fraudulent third-party claims
You’ll deal with a majority caseload of suspected credit hire fraud claims, to also include and investigate multiple fraud types
You’ll also be responsible for gathering evidence and liaising with our panel solicitors to identify fraudster activity and make effective claim management decisions
Working promptly and accurately to gather all relevant evidence which will include contacting all involved parties and/or representatives, conducting interviews, reviewing engineers reports, assessing vehicle damage and anything else deemed necessary
Investigating multiple fraud types
Successfully managing and maintaining a live caseload of claims through the lifecycle
Working in partnership with our panel of legal suppliers,, ensuring that we reach the best commercial outcomes for Hastings Direct and our customers
Being proactive towards your caseload, with a keen eye for detail and confident communication skills – working as part of an integral team dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes
Ensuring we are meeting customers fair and reasonable expectations and providing fair outcomes
Requirements
Experience of handling high value claims with motor fraud (third party)
A background in handling non-delegated litigation
Proven experience in conducting verbal interviews and carrying out accurate notation
A passion in dealing with credit hire fraud
