Working closely with our Operational Teams, Suppliers and wider Fraud Teams to identify and respond to fraudulent claims
Supporting Hastings Direct in delivering a market leading fraud defence for Household/Home Claims – a business area that has expanded exponentially over the past 12 months!
Requirements
Has a technical fraud background within insurance or has strong experience of household/home/property claims
Strong overall claims understanding – familiar with the end-to-end claims journey
Capable of making decisions and challenging the status quo – able to utilise strong communication skills and engage with a varied audience
