Working Student or Intern – Content Creation, Social Media & AI

Role Overview

• Develop creative content ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
• Create posts, Reels, short videos and graphics
• Edit videos and adapt them for different platforms
• Plan and publish our content
• Support the development of our employer brand (employer branding)
• Accompany projects, events and day-to-day work to produce authentic content
• Research current trends, formats and best practices
• Contribute to the development of a long-term content strategy
• Support AI initiatives and the automation of company processes.

Requirements

• You are studying marketing, communications, media, business, computer science or a related field — or you want to gain practical experience through an internship.
• You are interested in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
• You have a good instinct for content that people enjoy watching and sharing.
• Ideally, you have some experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• You are enthusiastic about AI and already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or similar — or you are eager to work intensively with them.
• You work independently, are well organized and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
