Requirements
Experienced Leader: You have several years of leadership experience in IT managed services and have successfully coached and developed team leads.
Service Professional: ITIL processes and IT Service Management are your home. You know how to manage budgets and deploy resources efficiently.
Confident Communicator: Whether with your own team or at C-level (CIO) with clients — you present yourself confidently in negotiations, authentically and diplomatically.
Strategic Thinker: You recognize economic levers, make clear decisions and have experience supporting transition projects.
Technical Foundation: You bring a solid IT background to understand your clients' challenges without needing to perform administrative tasks yourself.
