FPRS CARE Leader, Inforce Operations

Role Overview

• Ensure the team delivers genuine care to consumers through the work that we do
• Take ownership and accountability for each consumer interaction
• Build relationships with IM Operations leadership and cross-functional business partners
• Mitigate risk and ensure adherence to key controls as outlined by the Model Audit Rule

Requirements

• Leadership experience, participation in a leadership program, or demonstrated leadership qualities
• Experience in insurance operations, preferred
• Strong collaboration with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional and proactive communication skills
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail across a variety of assignments
• Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, creating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
