Role Overview

Requirements
- CannSell license from AGCO
- Clean Criminal Background check
- 4-5+ years of retail management experience
- Ability to obtain Cannabis Retail Manager License from AGCO
- Valid First Aid certification is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience managing in a Unionized environment
- Knowledge of Cannabis plants and strains
- Knowledge of Cannabis retail standards and regulations
- Achievement-oriented and hardworking
- Organized, flexible, and empathetic
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communicator with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
