Global Cash Management Client Implementation Associate

Role Overview

• Providing a single point of contact and accountability for implementing new accounts and Cash Management services to Corporate clients
• Managing multiple global implementation projects simultaneously
• Creating document packages for implementing Global Cash Management Treasury products
• Coordinating delivery of digital contracts
• Preparing and leading the account opening and Cash Management product set-up assignments in multiple countries
• Scheduling client kick-off meetings and participating in weekly touch points
• Managing client communications and follow up items
• Supporting Global Cash Management Sales Executives with reporting and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Scrum Certification is an asset
• 4+ years experience in Treasury Cash Management Products including Payables, Receivables, account reporting, SWIFT, APIs, Host to Host and Liquidity
• Experience leading client projects and building excellent client experience
• Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent objectives, projects or activities
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail
