Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in a dedicated project management role
Deep expertise in multiple project management methodologies and scaling frameworks
Proven track record of successfully implementing scaled practices
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence
Advanced knowledge of agile software development practices
Experience with organizational change management
Expertise in metrics and data-driven decision-making
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills at both team and organizational levels
You are a proven change agent capable of enabling teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences and geographies to deliver as they work through new and unfamiliar situations
You are an intellectually curious and insightful team leader who can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery.
