Model Risk Governance Analyst

Role Overview

• Support the management and continuous improvement of model risk governance across NatWest
• Support the creation and maintenance of policy, standards and procedures for model risk management
• Develop and execute AI risk management to identify, assess and mitigate risks relating to AI system development
• Focus on designing a best in class model risk management framework
• Support the portfolio of models and AI initiatives across the model lifecycle
• Produce risk reporting and insights for relevant stakeholders
• Advocate for AI and model risk initiatives at governance meetings

Requirements

• Experience in risk management
• Experience in policy management
• Experience in reporting
• Experience in data analysis
• Knowledge of model risk and AI risk management
• Knowledge of risk-model-related regulatory requirements
• Ability to collaborate and build successful relationships with stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
