Role Overview
- Drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company
- Lead critical and strategic business projects, managing the projects from inception to implementation
- Plan and oversee product initiatives while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long-term objectives
- Orchestrate workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model
- Actively manage and escalate risks and customer-impacting issues within day-to-day role
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 1 Year of People Management experience
- Masters / MBA degree (Preferred)
- 8+ years of Project Management experience (Preferred)
- 2+ years of People Management experience (Preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
