About this role
Role Overview
- Support the company's accounting routines, ensuring organization, verification, and consistency of information
- Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and account classifications
- Monitor expenses, revenues, provisions, balance sheet accounts, and other accounting movements
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings
- Verify tax documents, invoices, taxes, and related obligations
- Assist in liaising with external accounting firms by organizing documents, information, and requests
- Organize documents, contracts, receipts, reports, and internal controls
- Support administrative routines related to suppliers, registrations, filing, controls, and internal processes
- Work together with the finance, administrative, and management teams to ensure alignment of information and processes
- Support the preparation of documentation for audits, closings, internal analyses, and management requests
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and administrative and accounting workflows
- Contribute to making the accounting and administrative area reliable, organized, and aligned with the company’s growth
Requirements
- Experience with accounting routines
- Knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, account classification, and closings
- Basic knowledge of tax, levies, and statutory filings
- Experience organizing documents, internal controls, and administrative routines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Organized, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the company
- Hands-on profile with autonomy, discretion, and a collaborative attitude
- Degree in Accounting, Accounting Sciences, or related fields (in progress or completed)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
