Role Overview
- Provide exceptional guest service in a variety of frontline positions
- Help create positive, lasting memories for guests
- Roles include Shallow Water Lifeguard, Guest Arrival Ambassador, Ride Operator, Park Area Ambassador, Food & Beverage Ambassador, and Merchandise Ambassador
Requirements
- You must be at least 16 years old
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to train on and properly use protective gear
- Ability to walk and stand extensively
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions
- Flexibility in working varied shifts
- Comfortable working around water and animals
- Previous guest service experience highly desirable.
