Guide the implementation/configuration of a specific module, focusing on using the module's standard architecture; in this capacity you may work with agile development teams, the sustainment team, or the product design team.
Ensure that vendor-recommended best practices are applied in the development/deployment of the module of expertise, reducing the risk of unnecessary customizations and improving efficiency.
Ensure that solutions delivered by agile teams or the sustainment team, within the modules of their expertise, have the appropriate automated tests built and functional.
Monitor the evolution roadmap for the modules of expertise and develop a plan to adopt new features.
Validate the functionality of the modules of expertise and the solutions built on those modules during platform version upgrades.
Assess requirements that demand customization of functionality in the modules of expertise; propose solutions that meet the requirement with minimal customization, and avoid recommending customization when not necessary, providing justification and identified impacts.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
Proven professional experience as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or related role, with hands-on work on the ServiceNow platform.
CSA and CAD certifications (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer).
Possess one or more of the following certifications: CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist
HR Service Delivery); CIS-FSM (Certified Implementation Specialist
Field Service Management).
