About this role
Role Overview
- Define and structure credit granting criteria and customer approval policies for the company's financial products.
- Track and design performance indicators related to credit granting, customer performance and delinquency.
- Develop proposals for changes to the credit policy to optimize customer approvals while maintaining credit quality controls.
- Prepare materials and presentations for the company's Executive Committee on the performance of credit policy rules.
- Maintain system-level control of credit approval rules.
- Collaborate with other teams to align strategies and ensure consistency across the credit cycle.
- Monitor the performance of commercial partnerships and propose actions to optimize results.
- Cluster customer profiles and develop variables to improve the application of credit rules and customer segmentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with credit granting policies
- Knowledge of the consumer (personal) credit market
- Advanced experience using Excel
- Prior knowledge and use of SQL (advanced)
- Knowledge of financial mathematics is desirable
- Spanish language skills are a plus
