About this role
Role Overview
Act strategically in prospecting and developing new accounts in the private market, focusing on corporate clients.
Identify business opportunities, map customer needs and design IT solutions.
Lead the full consultative sales cycle, from prospecting through closing and handover to internal teams.
Develop and maintain client relationships, driving business expansion (upsell and cross-sell).
Prepare commercial proposals and support the development of technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline in a structured manner, ensuring predictability (forecast), organization and discipline in CRM usage.
Participate in strategic meetings, executive presentations and higher-complexity negotiations.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery and leadership), ensuring quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales of technology solutions, preferably in IT infrastructure, cloud or managed services.
Experience with consultative sales and more structured sales cycles (medium to long term).
'Hunter' profile with a strong ability to generate new opportunities and develop accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at technical and executive levels.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Information Technology or related fields.
Availability for periodic in-person meetings in Curitiba.
