Manage the full cycle of consultative sales to the public sector, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract closure.
Map, build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and technical influencers in strategic public agencies.
Review public bidding notices, Terms of Reference and Basic Projects, identifying opportunities that align with the company’s portfolio.
Understand current and future needs of public bodies, collaborating on solution design and contributing technically to scope definition, always within ethical and legal boundaries.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in partnership with Pre-Sales and Bidding teams.
Manage the sales pipeline in a structured way, using CRM to record interactions, track opportunities and provide predictable results.
Monitor contract execution and ensure customer satisfaction in the post-sale phase, aiming for recurrence and business expansion.
Represent the company at trade shows, events and public-sector forums.
Requirements
Solid and proven experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) sales in Brazil.
Mandatory experience in the Information Technology sector (services, software, infrastructure or cybersecurity).
Knowledge of public procurement processes, with mastery of Law No. 14.133/2021 and contracting modalities such as Electronic Auction (Pregão Eletrônico), Public Tender/Competition (Concorrência), Competitive Dialogue (Diálogo Competitivo) and Price Registration Agreements (Atas de Registro de Preços).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical profiles and senior public-sector managers.
Resilient, organized profile with strong planning skills to handle long and complex sales cycles.
Reside in the area of operation and be available for travel.
