Proven experience as a Social Media professional (minimum 2 years)
Strong portfolio with examples of videos, reels and campaigns that performed well
Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
Familiarity with Canva, Figma or other design tools
Strong writing skills — able to adapt tone for each platform
Knowledge of metrics: reach, engagement, conversion, CPM, CPC
Sensitivity to the female audience and to the beauty and wellness space
Proactive, creative profile who proposes ideas without waiting for a brief
